How to make the reservation or booking

1) Select the travel product from the website.

2) Send your inquiry to us by:

    a) Fill in the reservation form.

    b) Call to +603-40441126. English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese are available.

    c) Send the mail to inquiry@summerstarholiday.com. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it.

    d) Send fax to +603-40441128.

3) The support team will check the room availability & call / email to you within 12 hours.

4) The room will be reserved once you confirmed the booking details with us.

5) Invoice will send to you via email or fax, you need to make the payment to us within the due date or the room will cancelled without prior acknowledgement.

6) The travel voucher will issue to customer as the reference or proof after the full-payment is made.
